alright overall (not just track or street but for both applications) which do you think is better? one peice suits or two peice suits? give your reasoning, pros/cons, crash survival stories. tell us what you think!

basically i can't vote.cause i want both.
2 piece is great for everyday use and rides when you chill out for a drink or sth.you can take off your jacket and your balls don't get crashed.
for track riding iwould go for a 1-piece.
can't you put a third option for both?

i think one piece is bether...

We have a suit that we can zip to eachother. So we have both. Scaras always told me it's bether to zip them to eachother so if you slide, the jacket can't crowl up..

On you stomach and so you are not protected and with the one piece you are. It can be warm sometimes, but reather having warm then having no skin anymore

If I had the money, I'd definitely get both. But at the moment can only afford one suit, so 2 peice it is.
Have had a high speed crash wearing a 2 peice suit and it held together and did it's job.

Wife of scaras,
That is a 2 peice suit you have. 1 peice suit is just that, one peice. There is no zipper to split the jacket and pants in a 1 peice suit.

2 pieces are great on the road and offer good protection. One piece leathers just aint practical on everyday rides to work etc. Best leave 1 piecers to the track. Over here i dont even think you're allowed to do a trackday without a 1 piece suit anyway

I know the SBF were allowed to use 2 peice suits (as long as it zipped together) at donnington and croft...

For road use it doesn't realy matter what suit you have. As long as it fits tight. But if you do nothing else as going fast, a one piece would be nicer

Go a one piece, either way your gonna have to spend the time to slide in and out of the suit. Wear the one piece for serious riding and just get a jacket for normal riding and some sort of casual protective pants like draggin jeans Thats what I do anyways.

I'd stick one in...only problem is she's a bit of a two bagger. She needs two bags on her head in case one falls off....
