i wrote this allready in that contact thingy but didnt get any reply....

i pre-ordered the dvd and saw on your homepage that when you click on the ghostrider dvd on the left side you get to a page where you have to fill out a form to get a special gift when you have pre-ordered the dvd.

dont i get the gift automaticly when i pre-order?
aaaaand there is a point where you have to write the number of the dvd. i dont got a number?!?

Where have you seen this since that one gets a gift?

I've already pre-ordered in december 2010.

I've got absolutely no response from the GR team or anyone else.

I am totally disappointed by the behavior and hope that at least the DVD actually sent in the coming days.

and yes, this behaveior is not ok. i think i havent seen one post of the ghostrider team in the forum.

Hi there. I think when they say the number of DVD or whatever.. they mean how many you want. That's what I think. I feel that these guys arn't 100% english speakers as their first thing so you just have to work with them on their grammer and use of terms and what not.

i dont think its the number of dvds you want. they could see how many i ordered when they check the order that i made and when its the specific number of the dvd they can also check it.
i dont get it.
why dont they send everybody who pre-ordered the gift.
maybe they hope by doing it this way they dosent have to send everybody a gift.
i dont want to complain much about this becaus its a free gift and i thank you for that, but its a bit confusing.
whatever, im gonna fill out this thing now.

ok i filled it out...
but when i hit the send message button a message pops up that says "thank you for your preorder".

what???? did i made a new order now???

that is the number of dvds... come on guys... u pick the dvd u want first then u pick the quantity... simple as fuckin :D hope this helps..
